How much will it cost to have my watch repaired? It all depends on the type of repair. If you just need a simple battery replaced, that will cost $12.75. If your watch requires a complete overhaul, that can cost hundreds of dollars. We provide courtesy estimates for our watch repairs so you’ll always know how much a particular service will cost before you decide to go ahead with the repair.

How do I know if my watch needs a new battery? If your watch starts running slow or stops running altogether, chances are you need a new battery.

How long do new batteries last? Most battery replacements last 2-4 years. If the watch is newer, you should expect the battery to last for a few years. If it’s an older watch, the battery may need to be replaced once every year.

How do I know how many links need to be added or removed from my watch? If you’re not sure how many links need to be adjusted to fit your wrist, bring your watch in and we’ll help you determine the optimal amount.

Are you authorized to work on brand name watches? Yes, our talented watchmakers are able to repair all types of watches, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, TAG Heuer, and Vacheron Constantin.

How long will it take to have my watch repaired? Most watch repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete. Depending on the complexity of the repair, some may be done the day you bring it in while others may take a few weeks to complete.

Do you offer a warranty on your watch repairs? Yes, we offer a one year warranty on all battery and overhaul services. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from water, improper handling, tampering, or negligence.
