Do you offer repairs? Yes, we offer a variety of different watch and jewelry repairs. Our jewelry repair services include ring resizing, engraving, gemstone replacement, polishing, soldering, prong work, rhodium plating, pearl restringing, and much more. Our watch repair services include battery replacements, watch band replacements and size adjustments, waterproofing, crystal replacements, overhauls, stem/crown replacements, etc. We offer courtesy estimates for all our repairs, so you’ll know exactly how much a certain repair will cost before deciding to go ahead or not.
What is your warranty policy? We stand by the quality of our jewelry. That’s why we’ll replace and set any missing smaller gemstone accents and make any other necessary repairs at no charge provided the jewelry piece hasn’t been met with an extraordinary mishap (something not under our control). This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect and abuse, and natural wear and tear.
Do you offer free ring sizing with purchase? Yes, all rings purchased at Kloiber Jewelers come with one courtesy ring sizing.
Do you offer appraisals? Yes, we provide a courtesy appraisal at no extra charge for all jewelry purchased at our store. For jewelry purchased elsewhere, we charge $65 per item. Find out more about our appraisal process here.
Do you do custom design work? Yes, our talented team of goldsmiths can create an entirely new jewelry piece from scratch or can redesign an old, outdated jewelry piece you no longer wear. More information on our custom design process can be found here.
If I purchase an item on your website, how long will shipping take? We typically ship online orders within one business day from the time the order is placed. Shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days depending on where you live.
What is your return policy? All purchases made at Kloiber Jewelers can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another jewelry piece within 30 days of purchase provided that the jewelry is in the same condition it was at the original time of purchase.
