Kloiber Jewelers offers a unique Add-A-Pearl program. It allows multiple gift-purchasers to buy any amount of pearls at a time, in order to help build a beautiful strand of pearls. We keep the pearls under the name of the recipient; this allows grandpas and grandmas, aunts and uncles, and other friends and family to have the opportunity to contribute to a gift that will last a lifetime!
Some families choose to start purchasing pearls for a young girl when she is still a toddler. That way, if 4 pearls are given to her every year till she is 18, she will have acquired enough pearls for a beautiful strand. It takes, on average, 65 pearls to make an 18 inch strand.
